Traditionally, metallic pigments and coatings require the addition of dyes or colored topcoats to achieve a wide range of shades.
The AURESSENS technology, on the other hand, is based on organic pigments that are responsible for both the color and the metallic shine.
A metallic shade is therefore associated with a given AURESSENS pigment. The final appearance of the surface coating is identical to that of the pigments in their pure form.
AURESSENS produces pigments with different shades of gold, whose luster is timeless, but also offers a collection of pigments displaying more original metallic effects, other than the “classic” silver – gold – copper.
